Failed Entreprenuer
With over 11 years of experience in software engineering, I've built and scaled products that solve all sorts of different industries business challenges. My journey has taken me from eCommerce platforms to education technology, where I currently lead engineering teams at Guild developing data integration systems for Fortune 500.
Over the past two years, I've become deeply immersed in two transformative technologies: Large Language Models (LLMs) and the Palantir Foundry platform. I'm fascinated by how these innovations are reshaping the technology landscape and actively explore their applications in solving real-world problems.
There is nothing worse to me than building a software product nobody wants, nor needs.

Xero Developer Platform

Remote Year Platform
Developed lead generation and conversion systems for a global remote work and travel program operating in 12+ countries. Ultimately, the company shut down in a fantastic manner, but they raised 11m off the back of google sheets and shone bright for a few years. I learned that its not about what somethings built with, but rather what is built.

Scratch Music Group
Scratch was a great experience. Co-Founded by Jam Master Jay, I was lead developer and jack of all trades. From accounting automation, to marketing sites for the weddings/events business, to a custom rails/ecomm app that is still live today (https://academy.scratch.com) I flexed my programming skills hard in the trenches of a very real, and very challenged business. I made mistakes, and learned true ownership

Advlo
I Co-founded an 'Adventure Travel' marketplace with two other guys connecting travelers with local adventure guides, focusing on authentic experiences and sustainable tourism. We learned a lot about how fkn hard it is to build user aquisition funnels for 2 sides of a marketplace, and even though we failed (after getting into the BlueStartups accellerator in Honolulu which was cool), we were validated when Airbnb launched their experiences platform with one of our same Guides!

Maui.nyc
This was my first job out of my coding bootcamp. I moved to Manhattan in my early 20s and learned a ton. I started as a Magento & Rails developer (we had developed a rails engine that sat on top magento years before shopify was built off the back of spreecommerce) and delivered some badass sites for clients like Victoria Beckham, Beyonce, and Nylon Magazine.
